I love finding new ways to use my sheet pan, they are good for way more than cookies! So when I saw this recipe for pancakes on a sheet pan, I knew I had to try it. Pancakes are my favorite food on the face of the planet and homemade pancake dough is the best of all, but really not that easy to make, I’ve tried many times. The actual pancake dough recipe here is simple and easy to follow. The ingredients are very basic, you just use a basic pancake mix which is great because it can be gluten free or even regular old Bisquick, this amazing sheet pan recipe will turn out fine. I got started by gathering my ingredients.
- 4 cups pancake mix
- 2 cups milk
- 4 eggs
- 1 small block of cream cheese
- 1 carton of strawberries
Mix up pancake batter and pour it into sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
Then place your cream cheese cubes and strawberries on top of the batter and bake for
Then cook in a 425 degree oven for 15 minutes then let cool and cut into squares.
You can put your lovely pancake fruit squares into a plastic bag and freeze for up to one month and have them whenever you want.
These sheet pancakes are so delicious, I have made them part of my healthy eating plan so I can grab my little pancake breakfast bars whenever I need a quick healthy snack and don’t have time to cook or most importantly I don’t have to think about digging around the kitchen trying to find something to cook. I love these breakfast bars, I think you will too.
